As a Partner and CEO of Broad Arrow Group, Ken brings over 20 years of strategy, finance, and operational experience to the company. Most recently, Ken served as President of RM Sotheby’s, the world’s largest collector car auction house by total sales, where he grew the company’s geographic footprint, formed strategic partnerships and joint ventures, and founded one of the largest collector car financing businesses focused on providing financing solutions using collector cars as collateral. Prior to this role at RM Sotheby’s, Ken led the strategy and corporate development efforts at Sotheby’s in New York where he focused on both organic growth strategies as well as strategic investments and M&A. Prior to Sotheby’s, Ken was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs focused on advising clients and executing M&A and financing transactions in the Global Industrials Group. Ken began his career as a strategy and management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. Ken earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, and his AB with honors with concentration in Economics from Harvard College. Ken has been a lifelong car enthusiast and has a collection of 'Youngtimer' European sports cars and high-performance sedans.

Barney Ruprecht serves as a Partner and Senior Car Specialist of Broad Arrow Group. Prior to Broad Arrow Group, he worked as one of the top specialists for RM Sotheby’s. Barney’s auction experience and expertise is not only limited to automotive auctions but also fine art, as his father and mentor, Bill Ruprecht, served as Chairman & CEO of Sotheby’s from 2000 until retirement in 2015. Bill and Barney maintain a close working relationship with Bill serving in an advisory role to Broad Arrow Group.

Barney is a car fanatic with passion that spans across all periods and many marques. He has particular expertise in Post-War Sports Cars, Formula 1 race cars, and modern supercars. A particular area of focus for Barney is Aston Martin, having handled some of the most significant Aston Martins including DBR1/1, DB4 GT, DP/199, DBR9/9, an original ‘James Bond’ DB5 from Goldfinger & Thunderball, DB5 Shooting Brake, and many more. Additionally, he has in-depth knowledge of Porsches, Mercedes-Benz 300 SL, Ferrari F40, Lancia Delta Integrale, Bentley R-Type Continental, and Ferrari Dino among others.

Barney has handled the private sales of some of the most significant cars including Ferrari 250 GT SWB California Spyder, Talbot-Lago T150 SS Teardrop Coupe by Figoni et Falaschi, Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato, Bentley 4.5L ‘Blower’, a delivery mileage Ferrari F40, and Ferrari F1 F2000.

Barney is based in New York City and travels extensively to meet clients and inspect cars throughout the world.

Alexander Weaver joins Broad Arrow Group as a Partner and Senior Car Specialist after over a decade at RM Sotheby’s, where he quickly rose to becoming one of the company’s leading car specialists. With expertise in important post-war sports and GT cars, alongside modern supercars and hypercars, he has personally handled the sales of some of the world’s most valuable motor cars both privately and at auction. A lifelong automotive enthusiast, born into a passionate car family with a multi-generational auto dealership, he spent many years learning the business of collector cars from his father. The pair have shared countless miles on some of the great North American rallies and driving events, whether from the cockpit of a 1973 Porsche 2.7 RS and Shelby 427 Cobra. As a resident of Los Angeles, Alexander maintains an active presence within the Southern California car community and thriving sports car culture, regularly attending driving events throughout the year. He is a proud member of both the Shelby American Automobile Club as well as the Checkered Flag 200, which supports the efforts of the Petersen Automotive Museum.

Alexander is based in Los Angeles and travels extensively to meet clients and inspect cars throughout the world.

Donnie Gould joins Broad Arrow Group as a Partner and Senior Car Specialist after a nearly 40-year career in the collector car industry. Formerly a leading specialist at RM Sotheby’s, he played integral roles in developing their presence in the South Florida auction market as well as having served as President of the Auctions America subsidiary beginning in 2010. Prior to joining RM Sotheby’s Donnie spent over two decades in the vintage automobile auction and restoration industries. Donnie’s experience is truly all-encompassing as his encyclopedic knowledge of all collector cars is matched only by his physical ability to assess and judge those same cars with authority and confidence that only decades of experience can provide.

Donnie’s vast knowledge of both pre- and post-war classic cars originates from learning first-hand from his father, Tiny Gould, one of the first full-time antique automobile dealers in the country and a true pioneer in the industry. Notably, Donnie is an avid vintage Winston Cup racer while also being one of the country’s foremost Shelby Cobra and Mustang experts and is a charter member of the Shelby American Automobile Club, supporting club events around the country through his own personal participation. He is also a member of the Classic Car Club of America as well as Antique Automobile Club of America among many other organizations.

Maddie Baker comes to Broad Arrow Group as a founding Partner and the Director of Client Services after a career spent working in both Client Service and Client Development at RM Sotheby’s. While at RM she managed client participation for many of the live and online auctions across North America, deepening her longstanding relationships with clients around the world and assisting them through inquiry, registration, bidding and buying processes. Maddie also works extensively with the Specialist Team to ensure client support throughout both the buying and selling process and frequently serves as the first point of contact for many clients, a responsibility bolstered by her personality, problem solving skills and industry knowledge.

Born into a family with a deep passion for motorsport, it was inevitable Maddie would develop an enthusiasm for cars. From an early age she could be found in the garage with her grandfather and father preparing their March and Lola for race weekends. In 2019 she joined her family in a 1901 Panhard as they competed in the London to Brighton Veteran Car Run and managed to complete the rally despite mechanical issues. Maddie has volunteered at the Canadian Automotive Museum and spends her time away from vintage cars pursuing her other passions of horseback riding and baking.

As a Partner and COO of Broad Arrow Group, Alain Squindo is primarily responsible for the execution of the company’s Research, Client Service, Logistics and Operational initiatives. Alain joined Broad Arrow Group after a 14-year career at RM Sotheby’s, beginning first in Cataloging & Editorial and ultimately rising to the position of COO for the international auction house. In this capacity, he oversaw auction execution, from the first consignment to the auction block and post-sale services. Notably, Alain is also a licensed auctioneer having conducted auctions in both North America and Europe. Born in Zurich, Switzerland, later graduating from Georgetown University with a B.A in History, Alain speaks English and Swiss-German fluently, and is proficient in Spanish.

Ian Kelleher joined Broad Arrow Group as a Partner and Chief Marketing Officer after a 21-year career working first as a car specialist and more recently as CMO of RM Sotheby’s. In that capacity, he was responsible for all strategic marketing, both digital and in print, as well as videography, social media, and press relations. Prior to this role, Ian began his career within the auction industry at Christie’s International Motor Cars in Beverly Hills, CA where he served as a car specialist for four years. Having worked within many different facets of the business, Ian brings his extensive industry contacts to bear in working with strategic partners and organizations to support the consignment process and marketing exposure. He has spent most of his professional career between Los Angeles and his home in New York City, where he currently resides.

As a Partner in Broad Arrow Group, Mike Mortorano brings extensive legal and administrative experience to the company, most recently serving as General Counsel for RM Sotheby’s. Prior to that Mike held positions in the Atlanta and Washington, D.C. area offices of two leading international law firms. Mike is experienced in handling a wide variety of transactions and solving disputes in domestic and international arbitrations, state and federal courts, sensitive investigations, and administrative matters. Mike earned his B.S. in Business Administration cum laude from Georgetown University, and his J.D. magna cum laude from George Mason University School of Law, where he served as executive editor of the George Mason Law Review. Mike is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia and Virginia State Bar, and he has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America© 'Ones to Watch.'

As a Partner and CFO of Broad Arrow Group, Karsten Le Blanc brings 30 years of finance experience to the company. Karsten joined Broad Arrow Group in January 2022 from a UK-based collector car finance company, of which he was the founder and Managing Director. Prior to this, Karsten was a Managing Director of Credit Suisse AG, for whom he worked in London and Zurich between 1992 and 2017, with a hiatus between 2013 to 2015, when he was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank AG, London. Karsten held a variety of senior positions in Credit Suisse’s Fixed Income and Equity divisions before moving to the bank’s Private Banking division in 2006 to focus on Ultra High Net Worth clients. He began his career at Credit Lyonnais in Paris in 1990 in Fixed Income Derivatives.
Born in the Netherlands, Karsten holds a degree in Economics from Tilburg University. He speaks English, German, French and Dutch fluently and is proficient in Spanish. He resides in London, UK. Karsten is a petrolhead, who likes racing and rallying and who has a broad taste when it comes to collecting cars. He has co-owned a leading independent Aston Martin specialist for over 15 years. While at Credit Suisse, he was the business sponsor for their classic car marketing program, as part of which he hosted several CS Historic Racing Forum panel discussions at GP Historique de Monaco and Goodwood Revival.
